The Dublin City Public Art Programme is a programmatic approach to public art by Dublin City Council. This 2nd Dublin City Public Art Programme will be in place for 5 years and will offer opportunities across all art forms as defined in the Arts Act 2003.

Dublin City Public Art Programme supports artists working in all artforms, and all forms of expression, permanent, temporary and time-based. ... The Programme intends to create connections and collaboration between different areas of the city council's work and interconnection between art, city and the public.
