Water-mills

Lovely project - I told my clients about the competition for the recovery and restoration of the mills on the Alferreira and Barrocas rivers in Portugal back in June.

Who won ? Norte Arquitectos of Barcelos. Oh well, a local - nudge, nudge, know what I mean ..... What chance did Brits have ? None. How can I be so sure ? Because of the 18 Practices who applied each and every one was Portuguese.
